Windermere Marina
is a private 24-slip marina which has been located next to Windermere Oaks on Lake Travis since the 70's.

Although slip owners are required by marina regulations to be property owners in Windermere  Oaks the marinas are not governed by Windermere Oaks but are privately controlled.
